Earnings ReportNankai Tatsumura Construction Co., Ltd. <1850> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 28th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 19.6% from the previous period to 2.85 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 15.6% from the previous period to 2.41 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 6 yen to 8 yen (compared to 6 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 8 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 6.6% from the same period last year, reaching 1.06 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 6.1% in the same period last year to 8.8%.
