Earnings ReportTAKEBISHI CORPORATION <7510> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 28th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 18.4% from the previous period to 4.45 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 3.5% to 4.61 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 80 yen, an increase of 8 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.90 billion yen, a 6.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.4% in the same period last year to 3.1%.
