Earnings ReportNS Solutions Corporation <2327> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on April 27th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 14.0% from the previous period to 30.8 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 2.5% to 31.6 billion yen, marking the sixth consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 80 yen to 85 yen (compared to 74 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 87 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 46.1% from the same period last year, reaching 9.71 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 9.1% in the same period last year to 12.5%.
