Earnings ReportHitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. <6305> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on April 24th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 10.1% from the previous period to 73.1 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 9.3% to 80.0 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 190 yen, an increase of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 16.9 billion yen, a 13.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 10.7% in the same period last year to 9.5%.
