ORIX JREIT Inc. <8954> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 21st (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended February 2026 increased by 15.2% from the previous period to 14.4 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending August 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 1.5% to 14.6 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 2380 yen to 2414 yen (compared to 4540 yen before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2450 yen.
