Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation <8953> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 21st (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended February 2026 increased by 9.2% from the previous period to 23.6 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending August 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 5.2% from the previous period to 22.4 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 2952 yen to 3006 yen (compared to 2820 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2981 yen.
