DVx Inc. <3079> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on April 20th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 48.5%, from the previous forecast of 581 million yen to 299 million yen (compared to 542 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 44.8% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 56.4%, from the previous forecast of 500 million yen to 218 million yen.
