Guidance Update ReportFRONTIER INTERNATIONAL INC. <7050> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 17th (18:15). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending April 2026 has been revised upward 15.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.82 billion yen to 2.10 billion yen (compared to 1.26 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 43.6% to 66.2%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the November to April period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 41.6%, from the previous forecast of 0.68 billion yen to 0.97 billion yen (compared to 0.85 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 13.3% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 63 yen to 65 yen (compared to 99 yen before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous period).
