Broad-Minded Co.,Ltd. <7343> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 15th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 17.3%, from the previous forecast of 567 million yen to 665 million yen (compared to 497 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 14.1% to 33.8%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 35.3%, from the previous forecast of 278 million yen to 376 million yen (compared to 393 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 29.3% to 4.3%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 60 yen to 65 yen (compared to 42 yen in the previous period).
