SANKEI REAL ESTATE Inc. <2972> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 13th (17:00). The ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 1.29 billion yen to a loss of 3.56 billion yen (compared to a profit of 1.10 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Due to a decline in performance, the plan to pay a distribution of 2773 yen has been abandoned, falling to a no-dividend status (compared to 2361 yen in the prior term).
