The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2026 (June 2025 to February 2026) decreased 11.6% from the same period last year to 0.82 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.32 billion yen was 62.7%, also falling below the five-year average of 74.1%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the March to May period (4Q) is expected to expand 48.0% from the same period last year, reaching 0.49 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 0.23 billion yen, a 30.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 10.2% in the same period last year to 8.4%.
