AEON Co.,Ltd. <8267> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 9th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended February 2026 increased by 8.4% from the previous period to 243 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending February 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 19.3% to 290 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 15 yen, taking into account the previous year's forward stock split, this dividend represents an actual increase of 9.7%.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 115 billion yen, a 5.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.5% in the same period last year to 4.2%.
