Earnings ReportNiitaka Co., Ltd. <4465> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 27th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2026 (June 2025 to February 2026) increased 29.4% from the same period last year, reaching 1.78 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 2.08 billion yen was 85.8%, also surpassing the five-year average of 79.3%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the March to May period (4Q) is expected to drop 48.6% from the same period last year to 0.29 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 23.4% from the same period last year, reaching 0.58 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.9% in the same period last year to 9.3%.
