Guidance Update ReportCREEK & RIVER Co.,Ltd. <4763> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 26th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has decreased 2.4%, from the previous forecast of 5.00 billion yen to 4.88 billion yen (compared to 3.69 billion yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 35.4% to 32.1%. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has been revised upward 28.1%, from the previous forecast of 3.20 billion yen to 4.10 billion yen (compared to 2.25 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 42.2% to 82.1%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in three years.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 4.2%, from the previous forecast of 2.88 billion yen to 2.76 billion yen (compared to 1.42 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 2.0 times to 93.7%.
At the same time, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 45 yen to 50 yen (compared to 41 yen in the previous period).
