Guidance Update Report

TAKIZAWA HAM CO.,LTD. <2293> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on March 13th (14:30). The consolidated net income/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 75 million yen to a loss of 220 million yen (compared to a loss of 495 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income has decreased 97.0%, from the previous forecast of 304 million yen to 9 million yen (compared to a loss of 206 million yen in the same period of the previous year).

At the same time, the plan to pay a year-end lump-sum dividend of 20 yen has been abandoned, and the policy has been set to continue with no dividends.
