Guidance Update ReportThe San-in Godo Bank,Ltd. <8381> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on March 10th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 7.7%, from the previous forecast of 29.8 billion yen to 32.1 billion yen (compared to 26.7 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 11.5% to 20.2%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for three consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 15.6%, from the previous forecast of 14.7 billion yen to 17.0 billion yen (compared to 14.6 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 0.8% to 16.5%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 56 yen to 60 yen (compared to 48 yen in the previous period).
