Guidance Update ReportMIRARTH HOLDINGS,Inc. <8897> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on March 9th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 4.2%, from the previous forecast of 12.0 billion yen to 12.5 billion yen (compared to 12.4 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 0.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has decreased 43.8%, from the previous forecast of 8.00 billion yen to 4.50 billion yen (compared to 8.20 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 2.5% to 45.2%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 3.7%, from the previous forecast of 13.5 billion yen to 14.0 billion yen (compared to 8.89 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 53.0% to 58.6%.
