LAND Co.,Ltd. <8918> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 27th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has decreased 48.1%, from the previous forecast of 790 million yen to 410 million yen (compared to 970 million yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 18.6% to 57.7%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 40.9%, from the previous forecast of 928 million yen to 548 million yen (compared to 149 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 6.2 times to 3.7 times.
