Japan Hotel REIT Investment Corporation <8985> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 25th (16:00). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 expanded to 46.4% from the previous period to 26.7 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.4% to 27.9 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 5060 yen to 5061 yen (compared to 3937 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the distribution this fiscal year to 5177 yen, an increase of 116 yen from the previous fiscal year.
