SAKURA internet Inc. <3778> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 25th (15:30). The consolidated operating profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.35 billion yen to a loss of 0.50 billion yen (compared to a profit of 4.14 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated operating profit has decreased 66.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.27 billion yen to 0.42 billion yen (compared to 2.85 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 55.4% to 85.3%.
