Ray, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 35%, Highest in Three Terms, Dividend Revised Upward by 5 Yen

Guidance Update ReportRay Corporation <4317> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on February 19th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised upward 34.6%, from the previous forecast of 1.30 billion yen to 1.75 billion yen (compared to 1.05 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 23.8% to 66.7%, reaches new record high for the first time in three terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 86.2%, from the previous forecast of 0.52 billion yen to 0.97 billion yen (compared to 0.81 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 19.4% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 15 yen to 20 yen (compared to 15 yen in the previous period).
