Frontier Real Estate Investment Corporation <8964> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 16th (16:00). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 0.4% from the previous period to 5.90 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 5.80 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending June 2026, the ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.3% to 5.92 billion yen.

At the same time, the company plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2200 yen.
