RareJob, Inc. <6096> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 16th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) significantly dropped 73.9% from the same period last year to 117 million yen.

In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 87.5%, from the previous forecast of 440 million yen to 55 million yen (compared to 424 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of an 87.0% decrease in profit. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has been revised upward 32.3%, from the previous forecast of 310 million yen to 410 million yen (compared to 268 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 15.7% to 53.0%, reaches new record high for the first time in five terms.

Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the downward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) has decreased 97.2%, from the previous forecast of 396 million yen to 11 million yen (compared to 218 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 95.0% decrease in profit.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 73 million yen, a 70.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 9.3% in the same period last year to 2.7%.
