Orchestra Holdings Inc. <6533> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 13th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended December 2025 surged by 2.5 times that of the previous term, reaching 816 million yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 17.6% to 960 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 13 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.
