giftee Inc. <4449> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 39.8% from the previous period to 2.20 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 30.5% to 2.88 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the ninth consecutive term of revenue and the fifth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 16 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 0.19 billion yen, a 32.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 13.3% in the same period last year to 8.1%.
