Earnings ReportNASU DENKI-TEKKO CO.,LTD. <5922> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 12th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) increased 24.7% from the same period last year, reaching 2.68 billion yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 47.0%, from the previous forecast of 2.17 billion yen to 3.19 billion yen (compared to 2.93 billion yen in the previous period), reaches new record high for the first time in four terms, turning to an 8.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to increase 2.6 times, from the previous forecast of 0.64 billion yen to 1.67 billion yen (compared to 1.66 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 0.4% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 450 yen to 550 yen (compared to 450 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 31.7% from the same period last year, reaching 1.15 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 13.1% in the same period last year to 16.4%.
