Earnings ReportCHANGE Holdings, Inc. <3962> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 12th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) decreased 16.2% from the same period last year to 6.88 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 7.90 billion yen was 87.1%, below the three-year average of 121.9%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income/loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to turn into a profit of 1.02 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.67 billion yen in the same period last year).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 5.32 billion yen, a 13.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 50.1% in the same period last year to 42.0%.
