GLOBAL-DINING,INC. <7625> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 decreased by 12.1% from the previous period to 660 million yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 45.8% to 962 million yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 58.1% from the same period last year, reaching 422 million yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 6.5% in the same period last year to 10.1%.
