KYORITSU AIR TECH INC. <5997> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 12th (15:10). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 decreased by 11.3% from the previous period to 645 million yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 2.3% to 660 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 15 yen to 20 yen (compared to 20 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 20 yen for the current term as well.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 7.3% from the same period last year, reaching 293 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.4% in the same period last year to 7.9%.
