3241 WILL,Co.,Ltd. 【J-GAAP】
Guidance Update ReportWILL,Co.,Ltd. <3241> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on February 10th (18:45). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 10.3%, from the previous forecast of 1.09 billion yen to 1.20 billion yen (compared to 1.01 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 7.2% to 18.2%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for six consecutive terms. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has decreased 10.1%, from the previous forecast of 0.73 billion yen to 0.66 billion yen (compared to 0.71 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 6.5% decrease in profit.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 18.7%, from the previous forecast of 0.59 billion yen to 0.71 billion yen (compared to 0.67 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 5.5% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 19.5 yen to 21 yen (compared to 19 yen in the previous period).
