Guidance Update Report

SIOS Corporation <3744> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 5th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 24.3%, from the previous forecast of 400 million yen to 497 million yen (compared to 189 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.1 times to 2.6 times, reaches new record high for the first time in four terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 54.2%, from the previous forecast of 179 million yen to 276 million yen (compared to 132 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 35.6% to 2.1 times.
