HOB, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Downward to an Unexpected 31% Decrease

HOB Co.,Ltd. <1382> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 5th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2026 has decreased 50.9%, from the previous forecast of 55 million yen to 27 million yen (compared to 39 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 30.8% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the July to December period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 32 million yen to a loss of 4 million yen (compared to a profit of 36 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
