Guidance Update ReportFJ NEXT HOLDINGS CO., LTD. <8935> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on February 3rd (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 40.6%, from the previous forecast of 9.60 billion yen to 13.5 billion yen (compared to 9.45 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 1.5% to 42.7%, reaches new record high for the first time in six terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 92.7%, from the previous forecast of 4.20 billion yen to 8.10 billion yen (compared to 5.35 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 51.4% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 56 yen to 62 yen (compared to 54 yen in the previous period).
