HISAMITSU PHARMACEUTICAL CO.,INC. <4530> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 6th (23:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2026 (March to November) was 16.6 billion yen, a 1.0% increase compared to the same period last year.

In addition, the company has withdrawn its previous full-year forecast of consolidated ordinary profit of 24.3 billion yen and has changed it to undetermined.

At the same time, In conjunction with a Tender Offer Bid (TOB), the company has decided to forgo the the second half of 60 yen for the current fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 15.1% from the same period last year, reaching 6.54 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 11.8% in the same period last year to 11.3%.
