Guidance Update Report

SHANON Inc. <3976> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 12th (17:10). The consolidated ordinary loss forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 (an irregular 14-month accounting period) has been revised upward from an expected 18 million yen to a 10 million yen, indicating a reduction in the loss margin.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the May to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 15.4%, from the previous forecast of 52 million yen to 60 million yen.
