Guidance Update Report

Adways Inc. <2489> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 12th (16:05). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 2.6 times, from the previous forecast of 170 million yen to 450 million yen (compared to 503 million yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 66.2% to 10.5%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 6.8 times, from the previous forecast of 48 million yen to 328 million yen (compared to 246 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 33.3% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
