Guidance Update ReportGlobal One Real Estate Investment Corporation <8958> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 28th (15:30). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 1.0%, from the previous forecast of 3.83 billion yen to 3.86 billion yen (compared to 4.61 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 16.9% to 16.1%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 3550 yen to 3585 yen (compared to 4271 yen in the previous period).
