ONDECK Co., Ltd. <7360> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 18th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending November 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 221 million yen to a loss of 210 million yen, turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the June to November period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 345 million yen to a loss of 86 million yen, turning to a loss outlook.
