The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended September 2025 expanded to 46.2% from the previous period to 595 million yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 490 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.2% to 620 million yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 100 yen to 125 yen (compared to 105 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 105 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 87 million yen, a 16.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 1.3% in the same period last year to 0.9%.
