SANIX HOLDINGS INCORPORATED <4651> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) turned into a loss of 0.40 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.49 billion yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to expand 95.8% from the same period last year, reaching 2.84 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.13 billion yen, an 80.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 7.0% in the same period last year to 3.0%.
