Palma Co., Ltd. <3461> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 14th (14:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended September 2025 increased by 32.6% from the previous period to 187 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to expand to 87.2% to 350 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 11 yen to 12 yen (compared to 6 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 13 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the ordinary profit surged 87 times that of the same period last year, reaching 87 million yen. The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -2.1% in the same period last year to 11.5%.
