SKYLARK HOLDINGS CO., LTD. <3197> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) at noon (11:45) on November 13th. The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to September) expanded 13.7 billion yen, an increase 31.2% compared to the same period last year.

In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has been revised upward 12.8%, from the previous forecast of 14.8 billion yen to 16.7 billion yen (compared to 13.9 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 6.0% to 19.6%.

Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated net income for the July to December period (second half) is expected to increase 27.5%, from the previous forecast of 6.91 billion yen to 8.81 billion yen (compared to 7.67 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 15.0% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 20 yen to 22 yen (compared to 18.5 yen in the previous period).

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated net income increased 40.1% from the same period last year, reaching 5.83 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.1% in the same period last year to 8.3%.
