ETS Group, Ordinary Profit Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 18%, Dividend Revised Upward by 7 Yen

Guidance Update ReportETS Group Co.,Ltd. <253A> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend at noon (11:30) on November 13th. The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 17.7%, from the previous forecast of 586 million yen to 690 million yen (compared to 544 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 7.7% to 26.8%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 48.6%, from the previous forecast of 214 million yen to 318 million yen (compared to 61 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 3.5 times to 5.2 times.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 10 yen to 17 yen (compared to 8 yen in the previous period).
