AUCNET, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 15%, Raises Record High Profit Forecast, Dividend Revised Upward by 10 Yen

Earnings ReportAUCNET INC. <3964> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to September) expanded 8.02 billion yen, an increase 40.8% compared to the same period last year.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 14.6%, from the previous forecast of 7.90 billion yen to 9.05 billion yen (compared to 7.20 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 9.6% to 25.6%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for five consecutive terms.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the July to December period (second half) is expected to increase 52.7%, from the previous forecast of 2.18 billion yen to 3.33 billion yen (compared to 3.22 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 3.5% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 45 yen to 55 yen (compared to 76 yen before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 34.7% from the same period last year, reaching 2.30 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 12.7% in the same period last year to 14.7%.
