Guidance Update Report

Waqoo Inc. <4937> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 56.7%, from the previous forecast of 97 million yen to 152 million yen (compared to 57 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 70.2% to 2.7 times.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 36.4%, from the previous forecast of 151 million yen to 206 million yen (compared to 141 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 7.1% to 46.1%.
