KOKUSAI CO.,LTD <7722> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 5th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 25.0%, from the previous forecast of 1.20 billion yen to 1.50 billion yen (compared to 1.41 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 6.3% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 81.0%, from the previous forecast of 0.60 billion yen to 1.08 billion yen (compared to 0.15 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 3.9 times to 7.1 times.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 30 yen to 35 yen (compared to 30 yen in the previous period).
