SHOFU, Ordinary Profit Forecast for First Half Revised Upward by 15%

Guidance Update Report

SHOFU INC. <7979> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 28th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 14.8%, from the previous forecast of 2.58 billion yen to 2.96 billion yen (compared to 3.00 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 14.2% to 1.5%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 5.36 billion yen(compared to 5.52 billion yen in the previous period).
