NITCHO, Ordinary Profit Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 85%, Dividend Revised Upward by 50 Yen

Guidance Update ReportNITCHO CORPORATION <2961> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on October 22nd (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 85.3%, from the previous forecast of 0.49 billion yen to 0.90 billion yen (compared to 1.06 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 54.2% to 15.1%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) ordinary profit has been revised upward from an expected loss of 0.04 billion yen to a profit of 0.36 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.45 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a profit.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 100 yen to 150 yen (compared to 160 yen in the previous period).
