TSUGAMI, Net Income Forecast for First Half Revised Upward to an Unexpected 48% Increase, Highest in Four Terms, Dividend Revised Upward by 4 Yen

Guidance Update ReportTSUGAMI CORPORATION <6101> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on October 17th (13:00). The consolidated net income forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 58.7%, from the previous forecast of 4.50 billion yen to 7.14 billion yen (compared to 4.81 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), reaches new record high for the first time in four terms, turning to a 48.3% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
Furthermore, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 8.60 billion yen(compared to 10.9 billion yen in the previous period).
In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 32 yen to 36 yen (compared to 27 yen in the same period of the previous year), resulting in the annual dividend of 68 yen.
