Earnings ReportSALA CORPORATION <2734> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on October 7th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending November 2025 (December 2024 to August 2025) increased 25.5% from the same period last year, reaching 7.26 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 7.70 billion yen was 94.4%, also surpassing the five-year average of 82.6%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the September to November period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 81.9% from the same period last year to 0.43 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from June to August (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of 1.53 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.33 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin improved from -0.5% in the same period last year to 0.4%.
